Help Advance Gender Equity in Finance - Equity Equation Survey

 

CFA Society Toronto is proud to be strategic partners with VersaFi, a national not-for-profit organization focused on accelerating equity for women and gender-diverse individuals in the finance sector. We are supporting their Equity Equation survey, which aims to evaluate equity, sense of belonging, and inclusion among finance professionals in Canada. This comprehensive research will inform actionable recommendations to advance gender equity in the finance industry. This research will contribute towards the 2025 Equity Equation Report.

At CFA Society Toronto, we are committed to promoting gender equity in the industry and have championed various educational events to support this cause, such as our Annual Women in Finance Conference. The insights and recommendations from this research will be invaluable for the industry and will help us accelerate our efforts in fostering gender equity in our industry.

We encourage you to participate in this survey. Your insights are crucial in shaping strategies that promote a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
