TORONTO - 14 March 2017 - On 28 March 2017, the winners of CFA Society Toronto’s Financial Journalism Awards will be announced at a reception. The event will also see the premiere of the Society’s 2016/2017 Media Contact Directory, a valuable resource for media looking for expert commentary on a number of financial subject matters.
The Financial Journalism Awards recognizes the contributions of various Canadian based publications and journalists in helping consumers and advisors gain a better understanding of the investment profession.
The three categories are Publication of the Year, Journalist of the Year, and the Spirit of the Future of Finance. The
Spirit of the Future of Finance award launched in support of the Future of Finance, a global effort initiated by CFA Institute to shape a trustworthy, forward-thinking financial industry that better serves society.
