CFA Society Toronto Associate Membership is designed for students and emerging investment professionals who want support, connection, and practical guidance as they build their careers. For CFA Program candidates in particular, it offers a clearer way to access the CFA Society Toronto community earlier in the journey, not only after earning the charter. It is intended to help members grow their network, strengthen their professional development, and stay connected to a community of charterholders, professionals, and peers who understand the path they are on.

To be eligible for Associate Membership, applicants must be a current or past participant in a CFA Institute educational product, including the CFA Program. It is designed for people who want to build stronger connection to the profession and to CFA Society Toronto while they are still developing their careers. |

| Other Requirements |
CFA Institute and CFA Society Toronto each have an Associate Membership class. You do not need to be an Associate Member of CFA Institute to become an Associate Member of CFA Society Toronto. Eligible individuals may choose to join one, the other, or both, depending on the kind of membership experience they want. This class is governed by ethics and conduct expectations that include completion of the ethics requirement or applicable exemption, compliance with the Code and Standards, annual professional conduct attestation, and oversight by CFA Institute Professional Conduct. |
