250 words max. Describe the target audience (program/year), and — especially for graduate or non-finance audiences — how the event introduces, explores, or promotes the CFA pathway or a career in finance.

Section D: Sponsorship Request & Payment Details

Sponsorship Amount Requested

Provide a line-item budget (what each amount covers), your total event cost, expected revenue/other funding, and why CFA support is needed.

Section E: Marketing & CFA Society Toronto Engagement

How will you promote the event? List channels (social media, email, campus, etc.) and expected reach.
e.g., logo on materials, recognition in opening remarks, social media tags, signage.

Section F: Required Sponsorship Deliverables

Awarded events are required to provide CFA Society Toronto with an attendee opt-in list as a condition of sponsorship. This means collecting express consent from attendees to receive communications from CFA Society Toronto (for example, via a sign-up sheet, registration field, or QR code at your event) and sharing the resulting contacts — names and email addresses of those who opted in — with our team as part of your post-event reporting. Only attendees who actively opt in should be included; consent must be voluntary and clearly worded.
If awarded, will you be able to provide an attendee opt-in list as described above?
e.g., institutional privacy policy, event platform limitations, or other constraints. This will not automatically disqualify your application, but helps us understand your situation
