She is responsible for membership operations, including membership approvals and renewals, and for managing office operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency within the office. With over 15 years of experience in customer relations and 5+ years in administrative support, Tania brings a strong foundation in professional communication, operational coordination, and client service excellence.
