Margaret E. Franklin, CFA, was celebrated at an intimate gala in Toronto this summer, where she received CFA Institute’s Alfred C. “Pete” Morley Distinguished Service Award. This award recognizes her outstanding contribution to the financial industry, both locally in Toronto and globally.
“Very rarely does one have the opportunity to serve with incredible people under a truly meaningful mission. When it happens, it doesn’t feel like service or effort at all. I had the extraordinary privilege, throughout all my CFA activities, to have just that opportunity. I am deeply appreciative and humbled by this award and to be in the company of previous Pete C. Morley award winners,” said Margaret Franklin, CFA.
The Alfred C. “Pete” Morley Distinguished Service Award was established to honour CFA members who have made an extraordinarily significant contribution to CFA Institute through their leadership, exceptional stewardship, and outstanding service.
